Understand the Position

Conversing with those individuals who have direct interest in the positions to be filled and will ultimately participate in the screening. We develop an understanding of the position and translate these dimensions into guidelines.

Starting from scratch, to insure an objective perspective for each assignment, we begin the process to identify desired prospects in their current environment, and bring them to the attention of our client. Using a direct approach, we search through prospective candidates and locations, while paying attention to any particular interest or sensitivities that are unique.
